As noted in the Terms & Conditions on the Gwin template, by submitting your Gwin design to October Toys, you agree to:
Give October Toys permission to use your design in production runs to be
sold by October Toys.
Give October Toys the right of exhibition and publication of your design and
any accompanying logos/images.
Guarantee October Toys that you have the copyright to the design and all
parts thereof and indemnify October Toys against any copyright claims
against your submission by any other designer.
Accept 50 units produced by October Toys featuring your design (if your
design is chosen for production) - which are yours to keep in lieu of any
initial or royalty payments.
Please remember to sign this form, acknowledging that you understand
and agree with these terms and conditions. If you are under 18, you must
also include your parent's signature on this form.
